Lupaia

Location
Nestled in the hills of Val d'Orcia, the Lupaia sits atop a green hill, on an absolut quiet position and offers a splendid view over the countryside and the town of Montepulciano, which is only a few kilometers away. The dirt road leading to the hotel is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards; from here you can easily reach and visit important places such as Siena (45 min.), Montepulciano (15 min.), Cortona (35 min.), Arezzo (60 min.), Perugia and Florence.

Hotel
After a successful career in international tourism companies, Heidi and Christopher Müller decided to realize their long-cherished dream of a small, romantic hotel. In Lupaia they implement the ideas and details gathered during their many years of travel experience to offer guests an unforgettable experience surrounded by nature.

Rooms
Cozy, romantic, relaxing. The 12 rooms of Lupaia overlook the church of San Biagio in Montepulciano or the village of Montefollonico. The furniture has been studied in detail by the owners.
The Standard rooms have a size of about 25 sqm, a bathroom with shower and can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child.
The Deluxe rooms have a panoramic view and a size of about 30 sqm, have a bathroom with shower and can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 or 2 children.
The Suites have a size of about 45 sqm, have a bathroom with tub and shower and can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

Restaurant
The prices at Lupaia include a delicious breakfast with homemade products. For the evenings the restaurant proposes a daily changing Tuscan 4-course menu, with ingredients, fresh from the own vegetable garden, market place or from local farmers.

Services & Activities
For a peaceful holiday in contact with nature and local traditions, Lupaia suggests to explore the surrounding countryside with the provided mountain bikes. Who prefers it rather quiet, can book a picnic in the olive grove with a bottle of a good wine or participate at a cooking course in the open country kitchen. Lovers of good wine can organize a visit to the many local wineries, which produce excellent labels famous all around the world, among the "Vino Nobile di Montepulciano" and "Brunello di Montalcino". After an eventful day, guests may just relax by the swimming pool, offering a scenic view over the hills and the village Montefollonico.
